At Ralph Bentley, we are constantly aware and monitoring all aspects of health and safety for both our workforce and our customers. The COVID-19 outbreak is causing much confusion and panic through-out the UK and around the globe, so we wanted to assure customers that we, the Ralph Bentley team, are doing all we can to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
As of today (19.03.2020), all of our suppliers, warehouses and delivery systems are working as normal. Our website automatically updates stock levels every 12 hours and we do not forecast any major issues with shortage of stock for the foreseeable future.
Our in-house team are able to process orders and respond to customer enquiries remotely, from home, the office or even from their car! We are an incredibly versatile company!
All of our suppliers and warehouses are abiding by the latest health and safety advice, regarding staff isolation, cleaning down working areas and ensuring the safety of their own staff teams.
All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from UK warehouses and British suppliers. We do NOT import directly from overseas, all of our products are currently based in warehouses within the UK mainland.
We are currently shipping products from warehouses in Cornwall, Sheffield, Nottingham and Scarborough - without interruption.
If anything changes, we'll let you know but so far, we're working at full capacity.
